Formed in 1995 they made five albums and six vinyl editions. In 2008 and 2009 Altocamet won two Gardel awards. Their music combines por, rock and electronics through intimate and evocative lyrics. The last studio album, Mitad del viento, was produced by Graham Sutton. In their gigs shared stage with Andy Rourke, Robin Guthrie and Asobi Seksu.
